blocks): the marker-to-end-of-line strip applies per physical line, so a
<code>;</code> comment on one cycle-parameter line never swallows the following
lines. Stripped comment texts are joined into a single
<a class="xref" href="Hi.NcParsers.Keywords.Comment.html">Comment</a> record. Single-line sentences behave exactly as
before.
